We build the business. We share in the outcome. Your risk is our risk.
Our engagement with demand-side partners (India) and supply-side partners (Japan, Taiwan, China) are all geared towards one thing - outcome!
For custom mandates — a structured fee tied to clear milestones and deliverables. Paid upon milestone completion, not upfront. Never open-ended.
The majority of our commercial outcome comes from transactions completed. When the deal closes, we share in the outcome. This aligns our interests completely with yours.
Only where a long-term operational role has been agreed — for example, where TGC takes on a sustained India market development or supply chain management function on your behalf. Not the default.
In select strategic ventures where TGC takes an active build role — co-investing time, relationships, and execution capability alongside our partners.

From partner identification to deal closure and post-deal management — we run the process end to end. We do not hand you a list of contacts and walk away. We stay until the outcome is delivered.
Our goal is not to close one deal and move on. We build your supply-side or demand-side ecosystem over time — adding partners, optimizing deals, and deepening relationships as your needs evolve. Our strongest relationships began with a single supply agreement and grew into joint ventures, technology transfers, and co-development partnerships.
We have built businesses across Japan, Taiwan, China, and India — on the ground, over decades. We understand Nemawashi in Japan. We understand negotiation dynamics in China. We understand how deals move in India. This fluency is not something we claim — it is something we demonstrate in every engagement.
