- Co-develop deal structures that work for Indian buyers — whether it's trading, tech-transfer, or strategic partnerships.

Supply-Side Ecosystem Builders (Japan, Taiwan, China, etc.)
Our Supply-Side Ecosystem Builders are trusted connectors, industry professionals, and ex-operators who help us identify and engage mid-sized, innovative OEM/ODM suppliers in Japan, Taiwan, and other advanced manufacturing markets. They help us:
- Find and evaluate suppliers who have the right products and technologies but lack presence in India.
- Build trust and communicate The Guild Co.’s model in a localized, culturally-appropriate way.
- Help onboard these suppliers into India via distribution, strategic ventures, or technology transfer arrangements.
- Navigate language, decision-making, and partnership dynamics across Asia’s nuanced B2B environments.
- Validate supplier capabilities, manufacturing ownership, and interest in long-term India play.
